Hama GmbH & Co KG provides the following manufacturer’s warranty on the workmanship and materials used for the product 00112274 LED Filament, E27, 1055lm replaces 75W globe bulb, warm white, dimmable: 3 Years Warranty
This warranty begins on the date of purchase of this Hama product and is valid throughout the EU.
If material or manufacturing faults that are considered to constitute a warranty claim occur during the warranty period, Hama GmbH & Co KG will resolve the fault free of charge by repairing the goods or replacing them a product that Hama GmbH & Co KG deems to be equivalent.
The warranty we provide is in addition to the statutory rights to a warranty free of charge, for which any claim must be directed to the seller of your product.
Likewise, any statutory rights you have to a warranty free of charge from us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.

In the event of a warranty claim, you must send the Hama product along with proof of purchase in original form with postage and freight costs paid to the following address:

We would ask you to appreciate that Hama GmbH & Co KG may reject the
warranty claim if the proof of purchase is not provided, because this proof is used to calculate the warranty period.

The warranty is valid only for non-commercial users of our product.

In the case of defects caused by force or improper use, as well as in the case of repairs or actions by the purchasing party or third parties without the prior written consent of Hama GmbH & Co KG, the warranty becomes null and void.

Damages that are not covered by this warranty may be fixed against the cost of the repairs, either by the dealer that sold you the product or by Hama GmbH & Co KG.

Note for Consumers

This LED bulb is designed for use in open fixtures. The heat produced during operation can thus be given off to the environment. The prognosticated service life refers to use in open fixtures. The bulb's service life is reduced if it is used in closed fixtures (insufficient cooling). Only use in appropriate fixtures. When replacing the bulb, it must be allowed to completely cool off and the mains voltage has to be switched off. Exchange damaged bulbs straightaway. No liability for improper use.
Among the huge number of different dimmers there may be some which impede the function of bulbs (flickering, noise).
Mixed operation, i.e. simultaneous use of LED bulbs and standard bulbs or different types of LED bulbs in one dimmer lead is not possible. Noise in dimmers that has not been noticed while using incandescent lamps: dimmer is not suitable for LED bulbs.
Corded dimmers (dimmer built in power cord) need a separate on/off switch as they may not be able to regulate to 0.
Please observe the minimum load of the dimmer, otherwise it may not start or control falsely. Simple dimmers mostly function from 60W to 400W.
The fundamental brightness of built-in dimmers must be set at a high enough level, otherwise the LED bulb may not be switched on.
Change the dimmer setting slowly and not suddenly or too fast.
Only use dimmers for incandescent lamps, no dimmers for transformers, etc.
Touch dimmers are mostly not suitable. A wrong dimmer can cause permanent damage to the bulb!
